Stacy Francis performs "Purple Rain" at 'The X Factor' Judges House

This week is “Judge's House” week on The X Factor (Channel 10 in Scottsdale), and fans had been chomping in the bit for Thursday's show. Only 16 of the Top 32 will move on to the live shows, and everybody faced a difficult performance in front of their mentor. Stacy Francis has blown away viewers so far, but would she be able to maintain her composure at this tough crossroads of her journey?

Stacy Francis is really a single mom of two young children, living in a one-bedroom apartment. Her greatest obstacle is her own self-confidence, right after years of doubt and an abusive relationship. On the other hand, Stacy believes that she has what it takes. She says, “I feel like I have it in me and it is my time, I don't want it to finish right here.” She blows away mentor Nicole Scherzinger and Enrique Inglesias with her rendition of Prince's “Purple Rain,” as both judges watch fully enraptured by her performance. As Stacy ended, each Nicole and Enrique had tears in their eyes, and Francis definitely gave the form of efficiency she necessary to have a shot at sticking around.

When Nicole and Enrique didn't give Stacy Francis any immediate feedback, they did discuss it between themselves. Nicole says, “She'll only be as fantastic as her fears and doubts,” though Enrique questions if she might be relevant in today's marketplace. Will she get a spot in the Leading 16? Fans feel so, but they will not find out quite yet. What did you think of Stacy Francis' performance? Don't forget that The X Factor airs the next “Judge's House” episode Sunday night at 7 p.m. on Fox, Channel ten in the Scottsdale region.
