Microsoft codename watch: Add 'Vancouver' to city-inspired list


It’s (just a little past) time for my latest update to my Microsoft codename tracker. One of several new entries is Microsoft ‘Vancouver,’ which my contacts identify is often a new SQL Azure-related social-networking-inspired service that’s in the midst of development.
