Apple Has Sold 200 Million iOS Devices, and Distributed 14 Billion Apps

In the middle of the event Apple Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) 2011, Apple had also announced aseries of their achievements.

About 2000 million iOS devices have been sold. iPad as newcomers also recieved a special note, namely as many as 25 million units sold.

In terms of applications, Apple reported that 14 Billion has been distributed applications. A total of 130 Billion application downloaded from iBookstore. The figure does not include applications thats are free of charge.

In terms of iTunes, Apple has reached sales of around 15 Billion title song. Moving to the ever-popular App Store, there have been over 90,000 apps built just for the iPad. This all contributed to what is now over 14 Billion App downloads from the store-leading Apple to pay developers over $2.5 Billion dollars since launching the App Store in 2008.
